Fleet National Bank v. RSB Communications, Inc., et al., Santa Barbara County Superior CourtThe firm's principals represented Fleet National Bank in a lawsuit arising out of the default of radio station operator borrowers on a loan obligation totaling in excess of $11,000,000. The firm's principals successfully obtained the Santa Barbara County Superior Court's order appointing a receiver to take possession of and operate the borrowers' five radio stations in Santa Barbara, Fresno and Ventura Counties. The receiver operated, marketed and ultimately sold the radio station properties for Fleet National Bank's benefit.
