Thomas D. (Ty) Green has a general business practice emphasizing land use, environmental and construction matters. Mr. Green also practices in the areas of municipal and eminent domain law.
Mr. Green received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from the University of Southern California in 1977. He also attended law school at the University of Southern California, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1980.
Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Green worked at the law firm of Brown, Winfield & Canzoneri in Los Angeles, where he was a partner from 1985 until 1991. During that time, he was a Deputy City Attorney for the cities of Monterey Park and Cerritos. He also served as a judge pro tem of the Los Angeles Municipal Court. Mr. Green moved to San Luis Obispo where he was a partner with the firm of Sinsheimer, Schiebelhut & Baggett. In March 2002, Mr. Green left to join Adamski, Moroski Madden & Green LLP.
Mr. Green has taught environmental law at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. He is a member of the State Bar of California. Mr. Green is also a member of the San Luis Obispo Bar Association.
Mr. Green lives in San Luis Obispo with his family.
